Let me be the master, you can be my apprentice, but there's not shogun, yet.
Oh, W Juliet. The older brother was forced to get into a relationship and to get married before his younger sister does. --MARTIAL ARTS FIGHT BETWEEN THE SIDE THAT OPPOSES THEM!! (AKA THE DAD.)
So, Ryuya and the Dad like to settle things with their fists. They listen well while fighting? Why is it that, in manga, people will agree to something if it's over a competition of skill. I might be heavily pwned in that sort of thing. Dang.
I want to take aikidoo. Or kyuudoo.
Recently watched "The Seven Samurai" by Akira Kurosawa. It really is a good film. I believe it's lived up to its hype. Surpassed it, even. I really enjoyed it. It made me "emote". Now I want to watch Rashomon. (T_T) I hope I can find some video store with a truckload of Kurosawa films.
Also, watched "The Last Samurai" with Ate. I might be getting a fettish for Samurai films. KATSUMOTO!!
But, going back to W Juliet. I'm slightly pissed that Chris ended up with Ryuya. I suppose it's the kind of stupidity that "makes you want to laugh and cry at the same time" (Ate Rishi~.) Ryuya's really cool, and I guess the shonen manga's got me, since they always pair main boy with abnormally unrealistic girl. Chris is kind of like that. She's a foreigner studying Japanese, and she didn't really know the language or the culture (at this point I was angry) and she ended up with such an awesome dude. It's not my kind of thing.
JAPAN!! I want to get to you. You'd be in my dreams, if only I knew how to envision you properly! Kimono, pocky, dango, MatsuJun, manga, etc. etc.
Makoto (main character's boyfriend) is one-fourth German, and because of atavism, he has blonde hair!!
Their children will be pretty, I think. Hallowed bull, am I still a highschooler, here?
