Okay. If they didn't fly, and instead of moving so visibly fast, maybe like just teleport whatever, then this movie might've had a chance. Oh yeah, they also have o voice over Bella's voice because it's.. too manly. And I kinda think the entire movie needs to be.. a bit DARKER to be a vampire movie. Overhanging dark clouds like 24/7. Yeah yeah I know, I like the stereotypical vampire movies.
Cedric will probably ge a lot more movies after this since he doesn't look like a frog-turned-prince charming anymore.
Omg I can FEEL the HP parodies mixed with this as I type. I know it's coming. Next thing you know, it'll be harry's hand he's holding and flying out the window!!

I've had enough of the dark-vampire thing with VK. I'm at that time where I need something that can actually feign the quintessence of romance!

Well, actually, it kind of surprised me that Robert Pattison got this part. And as for HP...well, I'd just say you need to read this book before putting it next HP.

I've read a part of the book, and I couldn't continue because it was like bad fanfiction to me.
VK isn't sexy enough for me. It focuses more on drama and.. flashbacks.

I won't be the one putting it next to HP--what?? Nevermind that, it's not going anywhere near. It's the fact Cedric (the actor) is from HP, that they will most definitely in some way associate parodies with this. I mean, with all the fuss fuss with Cedric-Harry, it'd be extremely easy to manipulate the graphics and make Harry's face somehow appear over Bella's. I LOVE PARODIES! Now I can't wait!

But did you finish the book?

I was skeptical at first (let's say, at about the first set of chapters) but Ate challenged me to read it for a whole hour...and by the end of that hour, I was hooked.

I couldn't finish the book because I wasn't hooked. I was, to say the least, repelled.
I hate it when all the boys chase one girl for no reason. Everyone fell in love with her, man! Her personality bugged me too. What can I say, different people, different tastes.
I expected the movie to suck, but it faltered my expectations a bit since the actor is damn fine. However, they fly out windows and that kind of just made me 0_o`. OMG I LOVE THAT FACE.

Bella = Mary Sue. It's the only reason I think the book became so popular. Mary Sues are hated in fanfiction community because they alienate characters the author did not actually invent, but in an original published work the Mary Sue becomes the everygirl/man where the reader is easily able to place themselves into his/her place. :S

but honestly, you can replace the character names with X and Y character from Z series and it wouldn't be awkward because Twilight fits the mold of what bad AU fanfic reads like o_o

hahaha, me and April got roughly to the middle and I seriously wanted to throw up from all the lame melodrama.
